Spring Signup Information

It’s that time of the year again! The new year has come and gone, and the weather outside is cold and frightful, but we promise you in the blink of an eye that the spring sports season is right around the corner, and with that, signups for baseball, softball and T-Ball are on the way! It was an absolute delight to see all the smiling faces of our youth back on the diamonds at Indian Pride Park last spring and summer after losing the entirety of the 2020 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic. More than 200 participants were involved in our spring sports last year, and we are once again looking ahead to a spring and early-summer that will feature plenty of fun, laughter and smiles for the youth of Hartford and surrounding communities.
As we have in previous years, we will be offering virtual registrations beginning on January 15th. The virtual registration link will be located on the top navigation bar of each page on our website under the “Virtual Registration” section. Please remember that the online process requires the parent or guardian to sign up for an account on our website; then, that person must fill-in their personal information (parents / guardians may also fill-in the information for a co-account holder if they so choose – that may be the other parent or guardian or an emergency contact), add your participants, type-in your answers to our required registration form questions, and sign them up. It’s easy, fast and secure!
If you choose the virtual registration process, it will make it easier to sign up for our sports in future seasons and subsequent years. How? The system automatically calculates your participants age, and places them in the correct division that fits their age group. And, as we mentioned before, we use the same system in future sports seasons, so that will also allow you to choose the proper team placement for fall (cheerleading and football) and winter (basketball) sports seasons. Finally, the information carries over year-to-year, meaning that all a parent / guardian will have to do in 2023 is select the proper division, fill out the yearly registration form and submit payment and that completes the process; you’re finished easy, quick and simple! The only thing that an account holder may have to do in their profile settings is check and make sure that their information, and the participants information, is current or make any necessary changes since the last registration period (including changes in address or phone number, for example).
If you are in need of any assistance with registering a participant online, please be sure to reach out to us, and we would be happy to give you a hand, and get you on the right track. Also, our website provider, Sports Connect, has written a detailed, step-by-step instruction manual on how to properly complete the virtual registration process. You may view the step-by-step tutorial by clicking this link: https://stacksportsportal.force.com/helpcenter/s/article/ClubParentSupport360023707723ClubPlatformOnlineRegistration?b=0011T00002R7RGIQA3.
If virtual registrations are not your thing, we are also planning on hosting a couple of in-person signup periods prior to the close of the virtual registration period to get everyone we can signed up for our sports programs this spring. Dates, locations and times are still being determined, and are subject to change at any time. We encourage parents or guardians to stay tuned to our website and social media channels for the latest updates in the coming weeks.
PLEASE NOTE: All signups, including virtual registrations, will end on March 10th. This is to ensure ample time for teams to be drafted and get jerseys completed for our players before the season begins in early-May (however, due to supply chain issues, we can not guarantee jerseys will be done – as is the case with many things these days). The only exceptions that will occur after the deadline will be made for additional T-Ball players who wish to participate this year, or for divisions that require a few additional players to fill teams. No signups will be allowed without payment, unless you have made payment arrangements with officials from our organization. If you may require financial assistance, please speak with a representative from our organization, and we will do our best to help you to the best of our ability.
As many people know, balls, equipment, insurance and jerseys are getting more costly due to circumstances out of our control. So, for the first time in several years, we have had to make an adjustment to our prices, albeit a small one to combat the costly rise in inflation. Fees for baseball, softball and T-Ball for the 2022 season are as follows:

T-Ball: $45.00
One Participant: $80.00
Two Participants: $130.00
Three or More Participants (Family Max): $160.00

We are looking forward to seeing everyone for signups very soon! During these uncertain times, our organization is extremely thankful to every one of our loyal families for your continued support of our programs. Without you, nothing we achieve would be possible. To say we are excited for what’s to come this season is an understatement – let’s get ready to PLAY BALL!
